Coronavirus measures

Health and safety are important to us at HorseFlex. That is why we follow the development of Covid-19 closely. We follow the general guidelines and directions of the RIVM and other authorities. Everyone is concerned about the development of COVID-19. We would like you to know how we handle the situation at HorseFlex.

– The webshop will remain open as usual 24/7

– We follow the guidelines of the Dutch RIVM and are working to the highest hygienic standards during the production and shipping process. 

– PostNL has taken necessary measures as well. Deliverers keep 1,5 meters distance and avoid physical contact. More information about the measures from PostNL can be found on their website.

– Due to all measures, it is possible that your delivery can take a little longer than you are used to. If you still have questions, please contact us. We would love to help you. 

– We are partly dependent on foreign countries for the delivery of our ingredients, which has not yet caused any problems. However, this could change at any time.
