Raspberry during and after gestation

Raspberry leaf also provides support for pregnant mares. The leaves helps to prepare the uterus and abdominal muscles for childbirth. For example, it has a relaxing effect on the uterus and contributes to its self-healing capacity. In this way, it stimulates a relaxed delivery and contributes to the recovery of the abdomen.

Because the leaves have a stimulating effect on the uterus, it is important that you do not use it in the first 9 months of gestation.
