What herbs are used for the respiratory mix?
This mix consists of four of the most used herbs to support the respiratory tract. They all have wholesome effects to support a healthy respiratory tract, mucous membrane and to breathe more freely.
🌿 Broadleaf plantain works soothing on the throat and supports the immune system. 🌿 Lungwort to support the respiratory tract and to breathe more freely. Also contributes to decrease mucus. 🌿 Scutellaria, or skullcaps. A herb with many health advantages but mostly known for its natural antihistamine. 🌿 Great mullein is a big plant with yellow flowers and it contains many wholesome substances such as iridoides, saponines, flavonoids and mucilages and helps to soothe the respiratory tract. The great mullein also helps to support the function of the kidney and bladder.
